摘 要:针对包装机切膜部分牵引辊送料与旋转切刀同步运动问题,研究了两轴同步及相位补偿的控制方式。基于欧姆龙NX1P系列PLC,设计了两轴同步控制系统,包括硬件配置、轴配置及程序设计。针对同步问题,利用NX1P的内置电子齿轮功能,设计了两轴同步控制方式;针对相位补偿,利用欧姆龙色标光电传感器,结合伺服的位置捕捉功能,实现了相位补偿;利用频闪灯,验证了两轴的同步及相位补偿。研究结果表明,该设计中两轴同步及相位补偿能够满足系统要求。Aiming at the problem of synchronizing the feeding of the traction roller and the rotary cutter of the film cutting part of the packaging machine,the control method of two⁃axis synchronization and phase compensation is studied.Based on Omron NX1P series PLC,a two⁃axis synchronous control system was designed,including hardware configuration,axis configuration and program design.Aiming at the synchronization problem,using the built⁃in electronic gear function of NX1P,designed a two⁃axis synchronization control method;For phase compensation,using Omron color mark photoelectric sensor,combined with the position capture function of the servo,to achieve phase compensation;Using strobe lights to verify synchronization and phase compensation of the two axes.The results show that the two axis synchronization and phase compensation can meet the system requirements in this design.
