摘  要:为了提升配网环网柜温度监控的准确性,并进一步提高设备运行维护的工作效率,设计了一套集温度采集、远程报警为一体的柜内温度故障监测系统。在硬件组成上,该系统包含红外采集、FPGA处理、环境温湿度距离感知、CPU处理和电源共5个模块。其基于非制冷红外焦平面探测器实现了红外信号的采集,且该信号经型号为EP3C40F324的FPGA芯片处理后,利用EIM数据通信协议传送至i.MX6Q处理器,并在环境温度、湿度与测试距离的数据基础上实现了测温校正算法。通过实际的电力生产环境进行部署测试,运行结果表明,EIM总线可满足数据传输的速率及稳定性要求,且经红外校正算法修正后,系统的平均测量误差仅为0.99℃,能够满足电力系统的温度测量需求。In order to improve the accuracy of temperature monitoring of distribution network ring network cabinet and further improve the efficiency of equipment operation and maintenance,a set of temperature fault monitoring system in the cabinet integrating temperature acquisition and remote alarm is designed in this paper.In terms of hardware composition,the system includes five modules:infrared acquisition module,FPGA processing module,ambient temperature and humidity distance sensing module,CPU processing module and power supply module.The system realizes the acquisition of infrared signal based on uncooled infrared focal plane detector.The infrared signal is processed by FPGA chip EP3C40F324 and transmitted to i.MX6Q processor through EIM data communication protocol.In the processor,the temperature measurement correction algorithm is realized based on the data of ambient temperature,humidity and test distance.The deployment test is carried out in the actual power production environment.The operation results show that the EIM bus can meet the requirements of data transmission rate and stability.After being corrected by the infrared correction algorithm,the average measurement error of the system is only 0.99℃,which can meet the temperature measurement requirements of the power system.
