摘  要:随着对绿色环保包装的要求,纸质包装在食品中的应用越来越多,但纸张在食品包装中仍存在疏水性弱、抑菌性弱等缺陷。本研究采用改性纳米二氧化钛为填料,以聚乳酸(PLA)为涂层基材,通过涂布的方式制备一种具有疏水、抗菌性能的食品包装纸。研究了改性纳米二氧化钛添加量对涂布纸抗张强度、热封强度、水接触角以及抑菌性等性能的影响。结果表明:随着改性纳米二氧化钛添加量的增大:(1)纸张的抗张强度和热封强度呈先增后减趋势,在添加量为1%时达到最大值;(2)纸张的水接触角和抑菌性呈不断增大趋势,其中水接触角在添加量为1%时达98.1°,满足疏水材料需求,而抑菌性则在4%时为最佳。综上:当改性纳米二氧化钛添加量为1%时,制备的涂布纸的综合性能最佳。With the demand for green and environmentally friendly packaging,paper packaging is more and more used in food,but paper still has defects such as weak hydrophobicity and weak antibacterial property in food packaging.In this study,modified nano-titanium dioxide was used as filler,polylactic acid(PLA)was used as coating substrate,and a food packaging paper with hydrophobic and antibacterial properties was prepared by coating.The effect of the amount of modified nano titanium dioxide on the tensile strength,heat seal strength,water contact angle and antibacterial properties of coated paper was studied.The results show that:with the increase of the amount of modified nano-titanium dioxide:(1)the tensile strength and heat-sealing strength of the paper increase first and then decrease,and reach the maximum when the amount is 1%;(2)the water contact angle and bacteriostasis showed an increasing trend,and the water contact angle reached 98.1°when the addition amount was 1%,meeting the requirements of hydrophobic materials,while the bacteriostasis was the best at 4%.In summary:when the amount of modified nano-titanium dioxide added is 1%,the comprehensive performance of the prepared coated paper is the best.
