摘 要:通过研究不同灌水定额下欧李抗逆性状及耗水特性,本试验探索了欧李在宁夏中北部半干旱地区栽培的可行性和最优灌水定额。结果表明:成年欧李树在灌水定额为7 mm时仍能完成生育全过程,表明其具有较强的抗旱性;随着灌水定额的增加,丙二醛含量和细胞膜透性均呈先降低后升高的变化趋势,游离脯氨酸和叶绿素a含量均呈先升高后降低的变化趋势。综合分析欧李抗逆性、耗水特性及水分利用效率可知,灌水定额为20 mm处理是兼顾产量和节水效益的最佳处理,与灌水定额为7 mm处理相比,虽然水分利用效率不高,但产量增加84.08%。总体来看,在该地区将欧李作为经济林兼作生态林的栽培树种,具有良好的经济效益和生态效益。Through studying the stress resistance and water consumption characteristics of Prunus humilis under different irrigation quotas,this experiment explored the feasibility and optimal irrigation quota of Prunus humilis cultivation in the semi-arid area of the central and northern Ningxia.The results showed that the adult Prunus humilis could still complete the whole growth process when the irrigation quota was7 mm,indicating that it had strong drought resistance.With the increase of irrigation quota,the content of malondialdehyde and the permeability of cell membrane decreased first and then increased,and the content of free proline and chlorophyll a increased first and then decreased.Through comprehensive analysis of stress resistance,water consumption characteristics and water use efficiency of Prunus humilis,it could be seen that the treatment with irrigation quota of 20 mm was the best treatment for both yield and water-saving benefits.Compared with the treatment with irrigation quota of7 mm,although the water use efficiency of the treatment with irrigation quota of 20 mm was not high,the yield increased by 84.08%.In general,Prunus humilis is regarded as the tree specie of ecological economic forest in this area,which has good economic and ecological benefits.
