摘 要:胆汁酸除了辅助脂肪消化吸收外,还可作为一种信号分子作用于胆汁酸受体实现众多生物学效应。近来的研究表明,胆汁酸受体TGR5和FXR在消化道炎症和内脏感觉发生中发挥着重要作用。TGR5和FXR可以通过多种机制调控消化道炎症,并通过与TRP通道相关联从而对消化道内脏感觉进行调节。本文就TGR5和FXR在消化道炎症和内脏感觉发生中的作用作一概述。Bile acids not only assist fat digestion and absorption,but also act on bile acid receptors as a signal molecule to achieve many biological effects.Recent studies have shown that bile acid receptors TGR5 and FXR play important roles in gastrointestinal inflammation and visceral sensation.TGR5 and FXR regulate gastrointestinal inflammation through multiple mechanisms and regulate gut sensation through association with TRP channels.This article reviewed the roles of TGR5 and FXR in the pathogenesis of gastrointestinal inflammation and visceral sensation.
