摘　　要：伏诺拉生是一种新型的钾离子竞争性酸阻滞剂,是一种可逆性质子泵抑制剂(proton pump inhibitors, PPIs),通过抑制K^(+)与H^(+)-K^(+)-ATP酶(质子泵)的结合,终止胃酸的分泌。其具有强效、持久的抑酸效果,且耐受性和安全性较高,在许多酸相关疾病中显示出了良好的疗效,本文对伏诺拉生的药理学、安全性和临床应用研究进展作一综述。Vonoprazan is a first-in-class potassium-competitive acid blocker,a kind of reversible proton pump inhibitors(PPIs)that stops gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the binding of K^(+) to H^(+)-K^(+)-ATPase(proton pump).It has a strong and lasting acid inhibition effect,with high tolerance and safety.It has been shown to be effective in many acid-related diseases.In this paper,the mechanism of action,clinical application and safety of Vonoprazan were reviewed.
