成人乙状结肠憩室穿孔合并肝门静脉系统积气1例报道

摘　　要：肝门静脉系统积气(hepatic portal venous gas, HPVG)是临床中较为罕见的影像学征象,起病急,病情进展迅速,死亡率极高。乙状结肠憩室临床表现不典型,伴随严重并发症时可危及生命。目前国内对乙状结肠憩室穿孔合并HPVG的报道极少,临床医师对本病的熟悉程度不够,容易漏诊、误诊。现报道本院收治的1例乙状结肠憩室穿孔合并HPVG的病例。Hepatic portal venous gas(HPVG)is a rare imaging sign in clinical practice,with rapid onset,rapid disease progression and high mortality.The clinical presentation of sigmoid diverticula is atypical and can be life-threatening with severe complications.At present,there are very few reports on sigmoid diverticulum perforation combined with HPVG in China,and clinicians are not familiar with the disease,and it is easy to miss and misdiagnose the disease.The relevant data of a case of sigmoid colon diverticulum perforation combined with HPVG in our hospital recently were shared.
