摘  要:随着社会形势发展和科技广泛应用,国家教育考试违纪行为从形式到内容都发生了很大变化。通过对2021年硕士研究生招生考试中两起案例的分析,可以看到考生对考试违纪行为发生场域、发生时间及认定依据方面都存在认知局限。基于对这些认识局限的主客观原因分析,提出应采取多层面协同的对策举措以帮助考生突破局限,包括规范研究生招生考试法律制度、健全研究生招考管理机制、加强法律知识教育等。With the development of science and technology,great changes have occurred in the form and content of national education examination violations.Based on the analysis of two typical cases in the 2021 postgraduate admission examination,this paper finds that the examinees have limitations in their perception of the location,time,and identification basis of the disciplinary violations in the online interview.Based on the analysis of these limitations'subjective and objective causes,this paper suggests adopting multi-level cooperative countermeasures to overcome examinees'limitations in perception.On the educational level,the imparting of legal knowledge should be strengthened to help graduate students gain a clearer perception of disciplinary behavior;on the institutional level,the legal system of graduate students'recruitment should be standardized to ensure a law can be followed for determining disciplinary violations in the examination;on the management level,the management mechanism of postgraduate admission examination should be improved to reduce the probability of exam violations.
