摘　　要：我国高校人才资源及科技储备丰富,是新时期下服务我国国防科研事业发展的生力军。持续提升国防科研水平能使国防科技实际产出更多,全面优化高校国防科研工作质量。简单阐述当前我国高校国防科研项目管理现状,分析相关问题的成因,探究加强高校国防科研项目过程管理的必要性,在此基础上探讨几种切实可行的措施方法,以供同行借鉴学习。My country's colleges and universities are rich in human resources and scientific and technological reserves,which are a new force for the development of my country's national defense scientific research in the new era.Continuing to improve the level of national defense scientific research will enable more actual output of national defense science and technology,and comprehensively optimize the quality of national defense scientific research in colleges and universities.This paper briefly expounds the current status of the management of national defense scientific research projects in colleges and universities in my country,analyzes the causes of related problems,and explores the necessity of strengthening the process management of national defense scientific research projects in colleges and universities.
