摘 要:心肌纤维化是多种心血管疾病晚期的共同病理性改变,进行性的纤维化是导致多种心律失常和心力衰竭发生和进展的病理性基础。目前,针对心肌纤维化并无有效的逆转药物,这与人们对分子机制认识不够深入相关。非编码RNAs是一类不具有编码蛋白功能的RNAs。人们已经发现,非编码RNAs密切参与了心肌细胞的分化、转录和凋亡等生命周期,是心血管疾病的重要调节因子。越来越多的研究显示,非编码RNAs通过相关的信号通路调节心脏成纤维细胞的增殖与转化,可作为心脏纤维化的潜在的生物标记物及新型治疗靶点,该文就非编码RNAs与心脏纤维之间的关系做一综述。Myocardial fibrosis is a common pathological feature in various advanced cardiovascular diseases,and progressive fibrosis is the pathological basis for the development and progression of many cardiac arrhythmias and heart failure.There are no effective reversal drugs for myocardial fibrosis,which is related to the lack of understanding of the molecular mechanisms.Noncoding RNAs are a class of RNAs that do not function as coding proteins,and have been found to be intimately involved in the life cycle of cardiomyocyte differentiation,transcription and apoptosis,and are important regulators of cardiovascular diseases.An increasing number of studies have shown that noncoding RNAs regulate the proliferation and transformation of cardiac fibroblasts through related signaling pathways and can be used as potential biomarkers and novel therapeutic targets for cardiac fibrosis.This article reviews the relationship between noncoding RNAs and cardiac fibrosis.
