摘　　要：叉车门架用滚轮轴承外圈结构特殊、技术要求严格,在轴承外圈的加工过程中,分别采用调质处理、滚道感应淬火、硬车返工序及外圈整体磷化处理。通过对以上各工序试验、检测、验证,最终确定了加工工艺。The outer ring of track roller bearing for forklift mast frame has special structure and strict technical requirements.During the processing of bearing outer ring,quenching and tempering treatment,induction hardening of raceway,hard turning back process and overall phosphating treatment of outer ring are adopted respectively.The processing process is finally determined through the test,inspection and verification of the above processes.
