摘 要:以广西特有的濒危植物单性木兰叶为研究原材料,对单性木兰叶多糖进行提取及除杂工艺研究。采用热水回流法提取单性木兰叶中的多糖,采用Savage法和聚酰胺静态吸附法对多糖溶液进行除杂工艺研究。实验结果表明,单性木兰叶中多糖的得率为5.24%;Savage法脱蛋白处理7次时,脱蛋白率达到73.22%,但多糖保留率仅为54.80%;聚酰胺静态吸附在最优的条件:聚酰胺用量1.5 g、吸附时间90 min、吸附温度50℃,单性木兰多糖的脱色率为61.08%,脱蛋白率为86.90%,多糖的保留率为59.42%。Taking the leaves of Magnolia kwangsiensis Figlar&Noot.(M.kwangsiensis),a rare and endanged plant,as the research raw materials,extraction and purifying technology of polysaccharides from M.kwangsiensis leaves were studied.The polysaccharides were extracted by hot water reflux method,and the purifying technology was explored by Savage method and polyamide static adsorption method.The results showed that the yield of polysaccharides from M.kwangsiensis leaves was 5.24%.The protein removal rate was 73.22%,polysaccharide retention rate was 54.80%,thorough deproteinization conducting 7 times by Savage method.The optimal purifying technology was polyamide dosage of 1.5 g,adsorption time of 90 min,adsorption temperature of 50℃.The decolorate rete was 61.08%,protein removal rate was 86.90%,polysaccharide retention rate was 59.42 under the optimal conditions.
