摘 要:考虑第三方物流服务提供商(TPLSP)具备保鲜成本优势情形下,研究了成本优势对生鲜保鲜及外包决策的影响.运用Stackelberg博弈方法,分别建立供应商自行保鲜、零售商自行保鲜和外包TPLSP保鲜并向供应商或零售商收费的供应链博弈模型,并对模型进行求解分析.同时,设计数量折扣契约以改进外包保鲜的策略.研究表明:当TPLSP成本优势较高时,外包保鲜策略提升了保鲜努力水平,外包保鲜且向零售商收费是各方获取最优收益的最佳策略.此策略在恰当的数量折扣激励契约设计下可实现帕累托改进,此时保鲜努力水平得到有效提升且各参与方可达到多赢效果.When the third-party logistics service provider(TPLSP)has a preservation cost advantage,the impact of his cost advantage on the decision of fresh-keeping effort and outsourcing strategy is studied.Using the Stackelberg game method,three supply chain models of supplier’s preservation,retailer’s preservation and outsourcing the preservation are established and solved respectively.Meanwhile,the quantity discount contract is investigated to improve the outsourcing strategies.The results show that,when the cost advantage is high,outsourcing strategy can improve the freshness-keeping effort and charging the retailer while outsourcing is the best for every participant.Moreover,with an appropriate quantity discount contract,this strategy can achieve the Pareto improvement and lead to a win-win situation,in which the freshness-keeping effort is effectively raised.
