摘 要:我国有着悠久的食疗历史,孕育了诸多有关食疗的古籍。食疗古籍《饮食书》目前仅见日本内阁文库刻本,流传有限,学界缺乏研究。在辨证前辈学者记述错误的基础上,考证其书为明代崇祯年间湖北当阳人宋公玉所著,成书时间应在1643年。该书体例上分两册六卷。有别于其他食疗古籍侧重单方的记载,该书引经据典解释各类物品的性状、产地及药性功效,可读性更强。该书既有对前代食疗理论的传承和中医史料的保存,有助于了解明代饮食文化;同时书中倡导的食疗理念和记载的许多药性单方至今仍有现代价值。China has a long history of dietotherapy,and many ancient books about dietotherapy are passed down.At present,only the Japanese cabinet library inscription of YinShiShu is available,with limited circulation and lacks of research in academic circles.On the basis of dialectical errors in the accounts of previous scholars,the paper verifies that the book was written by Song Gongyu in 1643,a native of Dangyang,Hubei during the Chongzhen period of the Ming Dynasty.The book was divided into two collections and six volumes.Different from other ancient books of dietotherapy,which focused on simple prescription,this book quoted scriptures to explain the properties,origin and medicinal effects of various items,and was more readable.The book not only inherited dietotherapy theory of the previous generations and preserved the historical materials of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which helped us understand the food culture in Ming Dynasty,it also advocated dietotherapy and recorded many prescriptions which still have modern value.
