摘 要:胃癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。胃癌患者主要的死亡原因是肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移,这也是影响治疗方式的一个重要潜在因素。基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)是一种蛋白水解酶,通过调节肿瘤细胞的迁移、血管生成和肿瘤微环境的形成,以此影响胃癌的发生发展。另外,整合素α5β1可以通过影响细胞骨架重排、细胞粘附和MMP-9的产生来调节癌细胞的迁移和侵袭。本文主要综述MMP-9和整合素α5β1在胃癌侵袭、转移、肿瘤血管生成中的机制,为胃癌的预防、诊断和治疗提供思路。Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world.The main cause of death is invasion and metastasis of tumor cells,which is also an important potential factor affecting the mode of treatment.Matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9)is a proteolytic enzyme that affects the occurrence and development of gastric cancer by regulating tumor cell migration,angiogenesis and the formation of tumor microenvironment.Integrin α5β1 can regulate the migration and invasion of cancer cells by affecting cytoskeleton rearrangement,cell adhesion and MMP-9 production.This article mainly reviews the mechanism of MMP-9 and integrin α5β1 in gastric cancer invasion,metastasis and tumor angiogenesis,and provides new ideas for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
