摘  要:电解槽是铝电解行业中生产铝的重要设备,电解过程中生产指标的变化会不同程度的影响电流效率。通过构造电解槽画像,能够为分析电解槽状态、挖掘生产指标间的关系等提供研究思路。文章以电解槽为研究对象,利用电解过程中的生产数据,结合画像技术、聚类、关联分析等方法,提取标签信息,构建具有数据层、画像层和应用层的三层电解槽画像架构,形成对电解槽具有针对性、系统性的分析策略。针对群体划分的K均值聚类算法,采用改进粒子群算法来缓解其对初始值敏感的问题,提高聚类性能。通过实际生产数据进行实验,生成设备个体和群体画像,为实际应用提供参考。Electrolytic cell is an important equipment for producing aluminum in the aluminum electrolysis industry.The change of production index in the electrolysis process will affect the current efficiency to varying degrees.By constructing the electrolytic cell portrait,it can provide research ideas for analyzing conditions of the electrolytic cell and exploring the relationship between production indicators.Taking the electrolytic cell as the research object,using the production data in the electrolysis process,combined with the methods of portrait technology,clustering,correlation analysis and so on,this paper extracts the label information,constructs a three-layer electrolytic cell portrait architecture with data layer,portrait layer and application layer,and forms a targeted and systematic analysis strategy for the electrolytic cell.For the K-means clustering algorithm of Population Division,an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to alleviate the problem of its sensitivity to initial values and improve the clustering performance.Through the experiment of actual production data,the individual and group portraits of equipment are generated to provide reference for practical application.
