摘　　要：本文基于2016—2021年淮海经济区内20个地级市的面板数据,实证分析江苏省徐州区域金融服务中心建设对产业结构升级的影响。研究结果显示,考虑区位因素的徐州区域金融服务中心硬实力与软实力建设均对产业结构升级具有正向影响。一方面,硬实力建设对产业结构升级的正向作用大于软实力建设;另一方面,硬实力对产业结构升级的作用受软实力水平的影响,软实力水平越高,硬实力对产业结构升级的作用越大。Based on the panel data of 20 cities in Huaihai economic zone from 2016 to 2021,the paper empirically analyzes the impact of the construction of Xuzhou Regional Financial Service Center on upgrading industrial structure.The results show that the construction of hard power and soft power of Xuzhou regional financial service center considering location factors has a positive impact on upgrading industrial structure.On the one hand,the positive effect of hard power construction on industrial structure upgrading is greater than that of soft power construction.On the other hand,the effect of hard power on industrial structure upgrading is significantly affected by the level of soft power,the higher the level of soft power,the greater the effect of hard power on upgrading industrial structure.
