卵巢癌患者自尊水平影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析卵巢癌患者自尊水平的影响因素。方法:选取2018年12月至2022年7月该院收治的115例卵巢癌患者进行前瞻性研究,患者均接受以手术为主的综合治疗,于术后1个月时,采用患者尊严量表(PDI)评估患者自尊水平并通过单因素和多元线性回归分析其影响因素。结果:术后1个月,115例卵巢癌患者平均PDI评分为(59.45±13.76)分,属中度自尊受损;单因素分析结果显示,不同文化水平、家庭人均月收入、家庭关怀度及化疗患者的PDI评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、婚姻状况、居住地、卵巢癌家族史患者的PDI评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,初中及以下文化水平、家庭人均月收入<3000元、化疗及家庭关怀度低均为影响卵巢癌患者自尊水平的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢癌患者自尊处于中度受损状态,初中及以下文化水平、家庭人均月收入<3000元、化疗及家庭关怀度低均为卵巢癌患者自尊水平的危险因素,临床可据此采取相应护理措施以提高患者自尊水平,改善预后。Objective:To analyze influencing factors of self-esteem levels of patients with ovarian cancer.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 115 patients with ovarian cancer admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to July 2022.All patients received comprehensive treatment based on surgery.1 month after the surgery,the patients’self-esteem levels were assessed using the patient dignity inventory(PDI),and its influencing factors were analyzed through univariate and multivariate linear regression.Results:1 month after the surgery,the average PDI score of the 115 patients with ovarian cancer was(59.45±13.76),indicating moderate self-esteem impairment.The univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences among the chemotherapy patients with different cultural levels,family per capita monthly income,family care,and PDI scores(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the PDI scores among the patients with different age,marital status,residence,and family history of ovarian cancer(P>0.05).The multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the cultural level of junior high school and below,family per capita monthly income<3000 yuan,chemotherapy,and low family care degree were all risk factors affecting the self-esteem levels of the ovarian cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusions:The self-esteem of the patients with ovarian cancer is moderately impaired.The cultural level of junior high school and below,the family per capita monthly income<3000 yuan,chemotherapy and the low family care degree are all risk factors for the self-esteem levels of the ovarian cancer patients.Therefore,corresponding nursing measures can be taken to improve the patients’self-esteem and their prognosis.
