摘　　要：胎盘是胎儿和母体之间进行物质交换的器官,胎盘发育不良可导致一系列妊娠疾病。胎盘正常生长发育与滋养层细胞的多种生物学过程密切相关。本文综述了微小RNA在妊娠疾病中对胎盘滋养层细胞功能的调控。The placenta is an organ for material exchange between the fetus and the mother.Placental dysplasia can lead to a series of pregnancy disorders.The normal growth and development of placenta are closely related to various biological processes of trophoblast cells.This paper reviews the regulation of microRNA on the function of placental trophoblast cells in pregnancy diseases and provides a new reference for the prevention and treatment of such diseases.
