摘　　要：目的 基于现代临床文献分析经典名方苓桂术甘汤的主治病症及用药规律,旨在为其开发和合理运用提供参考。方法 检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库建库至2022年7月31日期间,关于苓桂术甘汤为主治方剂的病案报道,提取相关信息并制作数据表,运用数据挖掘技术分析归纳现代临床应用苓桂术甘汤治疗的疾病、症状及用药等规律。结果 共纳入了366例病案,苓桂术甘汤现代主要治疗眩晕、胸痹、心悸、咳嗽等疾病,以虚寒性症状为主,主要表现为眩晕、食欲缺乏、咳嗽、乏力、心悸,舌淡胖有齿痕,苔白腻,脉沉弦细;原方剂量以茯苓30 g,桂枝10 g,白术15 g,甘草6 g,炙甘草10 g为常用,临床上常加味配伍使用,加味药物以温性、苦味、肝肺经为主,多为补益功效。结论 现代临床应用苓桂术甘汤时既遵循原书记载,又随时代的发展赋予了新的内涵,扩大了治疗范围。Objective To analyze the indications and medication rules of Linggui Zhugan Decoction based on modern clinical literature and thus to provide a reference for its development and rational application.Methods The medical records with Linggui Zhugan Decoction as the main formula for treatment were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,and VIP,followed by data extraction and preparation of data tables.The composition of Linggui Zhugan Decoction in modern applications and the targeted diseases and symptoms were summarized with data mining technology.Results A total of 366 medical records were included.According to the records,this prescription is mainly used for the treatment of vertigo,chest impediment,palpitation,cough,and other diseases.The targeted symptoms are deficiency and cold,mainly manifested as vertigo,poor appetite,cough,lack of strength,palpitation,pale enlarged teeth-marked tongue,white and greasy coating,deep,wiry,and thready pulse.The 30 g Poria,10 g Cinnamomi Ramulus,15 g Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,6 g Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,and 10 g Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle are used in the original prescription,and medicinals with warm property,bitter taste,liver and lung tropism,and replenishing and tonifying effects are generally added in clinical application.Conclusion Modern clinical application of Linggui Zhugan Decoction follows the principle in original book,but the range of application is expanded.
