摘  要:肺癌发病率及死亡率居我国恶性肿瘤首位,非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)占肺癌的绝大多数,肿瘤内异质性(intratumor heterogeneity,ITH)较其他肿瘤更高,了解ITH有利于推进NSCLC的个体化精准医疗。相较于组织病理活检,PET/CT的成熟应用为ITH的全面无创表征提供可能。本文主要就PET/CT对NSCLC中的特定基因表达、肿瘤内部免疫微环境、癌细胞空间排布、肿瘤细胞的增殖程度以及转移潜能的研究进展进行系统综述,以期为NSCLC的临床诊断及治疗提供依据。Lung cancer incidence and mortality rates rank first among malignant tumors in China.Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)accounts for the majority of lung cancers and has higher intratumor heterogeneity(ITH)than other tumors,and understanding ITH is beneficial to advancing individualized precision medicine for NSCLC.Compared with histopathological biopsy,the mature application of PET/CT offers the possibility of comprehensive non -invasive characterization of ITH.This article focuses on a systematic review of the research progress of PET/CT on specific gene expression,immune microenvironment within the tumor,spatial arrangement of cancer cells,the degree of tumor proliferation,and the potential of a metastatic phenotype in NSCLC,to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of NSCLC.
