摘　　要：肿瘤是威胁人类健康的主要杀手,恶性肿瘤是导致死亡的主要原因之一。近年来越来越多的研究证实肿瘤的发生发展与细胞衰老密切相关,细胞衰老改变会影响肿瘤细胞的增殖侵袭转移等生物学行为。本文就细胞衰老与肿瘤发生发展关系及临床应用作一综述。Tumor is the major killer of human health and malignant tumor is one of the leading cause of death in the word.Recently,more and more studies have confirmed that the formation and promotion of tumors are closely related to the cellular senescence,the cellular senescence affected the proliferation,invasion and metastasis of tumor.In this review,we uncover the relationship between senescent cells and the development of tumor.
