足三里穴位注射治疗胃大部分切除术后胃功能性排空障碍的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察足三里穴位注射治疗胃大部分切除术后胃功能性排空障碍的临床效果。方法选取2021年12月至2022年5月南昌市第三医院的60例胃大部分切除术后胃功能性排空障碍患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为注射组和常规组,每组各30例。常规组患者进行常规保守治疗,注射组患者在常规组基础上采用足三里穴位注射治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、胃排空功能恢复时间、胃肠减压量、腹痛和腹胀发生情况。结果注射组患者的治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。注射组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、饮食恢复时间均短于常规组,胃肠减压量多于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的腹痛和腹胀发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的腹痛、腹胀发生率低于治疗前,且注射组患者的腹痛、腹胀发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足三里穴位注射治疗胃大部分切除术后胃功能性排空障碍患者的临床效果较佳,可有效缩短胃排空功能恢复时间,加大胃肠减压量,减少腹痛、腹胀发生情况。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zusanli acupoint injection in the treatment of functional delayed gastric emptying after subtotal gastrectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients who functional delayed gastric emptying after subtotal gastrectomy treated in the Third Hospital of Nanchang City from December 2021 to May 2022 were divided into injection group and routine group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine conservative treatment,while the injection group was treated with Zusanli acupoint injection on the basis of routine conservative treatment.The clinical effect,recovery time of gastric emptying function,gastrointestinal decompression,and the incidence of abdominal pain and distension were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment response rate in the injection group was higher than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of gastric emptying function and recovery time of diet in the injection group were shorter than those in the routine group,and gastrointestinal decompression was greater than that in the routine group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the incidence rates of abdominal pain and bloating between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the incidence rates of abdominal pain and distension in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the incidence rates of abdominal pain and distension in injection group were lower than those in conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zusanli acupoint injection is effective in the treatment of patients with functional delayed gastric emptying after subtotal gastrectomy,which can effectively shorten the recovery time of gastric emptying function,increase gastrointestinal decompression,and reduce the incidence of abdominal pain and distension.
