摘　　要：耳内镜外科技术在耳科疾病诊治中具有非常重要的作用。目前,耳内镜外科技术临床教学和住院医师规范化培训模式正处于探索阶段。陕西省人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科是国内较早开展耳内镜手术的单位之一,经过长期的探索,不仅在耳内镜外科领域进行深入研究,在耳内镜外科技术教学培训方面也积累了一定的经验。精细化程序化操作理念引导下的耳内镜手术教学模式以精细化程序化耳内镜手术操作为基础,在带教老师的指导下进行耳内镜手术,能够有效提高培训医师的耳内镜手术操作能力。另一方面,结合案例教学法(CBL)提高了住院医师的临床思维能力。通过科室实践探索,这种培训模式培养和提高了住院医师的临床操作能力和临床思维能力,调动了住院医师的学习积极性,是一种值得推广的教学模式。Otoendoscopic surgery technology plays an very important role in the diagnosis and treatment of ear diseases.At present,the clinical teaching of otoendoscopic surgery technology and the standardized training mode for residents are in the exploration stage.The Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery of People's Hospital of Shaanxi Province is one of the earliest units to carry out otoscopic surgery in China.Through long-term exploration,it has not only conducted in-depth research in the field of otoendoscopic surgery,but also accumulated certain experience in the teaching and training of otoendoscopic surgery technology.The teaching mode of otoscopic surgery guided by the concept of step by step operation is based on the refined and programmed otoscopic surgery,and the otoscopic surgery is carried out under the guidance of the instructor,which can effectively improve the operation ability of the trained doctors.On the other hand,the combination of case-based learning(CBL)improves the clinical thinking ability of residents.Through the practice and exploration of department,this training mode has cultivated and improved the clinical operation ability and clinical thinking ability of residents,mobilized the learning enthusiasm of residents,and is a teaching mode worthy of promotion.
