Piezo1、VEGF在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达及与其临床病理特征相关性分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨机械敏感性离子通道蛋白Piezo1(Piezo1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及意义。方法 回顾性分析59例上皮性卵巢癌患者临床资料。所有患者均经手术切除肿瘤组织及癌旁组织,采用免疫组织化学法检测Piezo1、VEGF表达,比较肿瘤组织与癌旁组织内Piezo1、VEGF阳性表达情况;分析Piezo1、VEGF表达与其临床病理特征的关系,以及不同Piezo1、VEGF表达患者微血管分布。结果 肿瘤组织内Piezo1阳性率、VEGF阳性率高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Piezo1阳性组、VEGF阳性组中Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移、有浸润者占比高于Piezo1阴性组、VEGF阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Piezo1阳性组、VEGF阳性组MVD、MVA高于Piezo1阴性组、VEGF阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Piezo1、VEGF在上皮性卵巢癌中多呈阳性表达,且表达水平越高肿瘤分期越高,更易伴发淋巴结转移及浸润,微血管分布也更为密集。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of mechanical sensitive ion channel protein piezo1(piezo1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods Clinical data of 59 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were analyzed retrospectively.All patients underwent surgical resection of tumor tissues and adjacent tissues.The expression of piezo1 and VEGF was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the positive expression of piezo1 and VEGF in tumor tissues and adjacent tissues was compared;The relationship between the expression of piezo1 and VEGF and the clinicopathological features,and the distribution of microvessels in patients with different expression of piezo1 and VEGF were analyzed.Results The positive rates of piezo1 and VEGF in tumor tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05);The percentage of stageⅢ~Ⅳ,lymph node metastasis and invasion in piezo1 positive group and VEGF positive group was higher than that in piezo1 negative group and VEGF negative group(P<0.05);MVD and MVA in piezo1 positive group and VEGF positive group were higher than those in piezo1 negative group and VEGF negative group(P<0.05).Conclusion Piezo1 and VEGF are mostly positive in epithelial ovarian cancer,and the higher the expression level,the higher the tumor stage,the more likely to be accompanied by lymph node metastasis and invasion,and the more densely distributed microvessels.
