摘　　要：目的 探讨KAI1、Snail、Slug、上皮细胞钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其与患者预后的关系。方法 选取43例鼻咽癌患者,收集癌组织与癌旁正常组织,采用免疫组织化学法测定其KAI1、Snail、Slug、E-cadherin表达。分析四者与患者临床病理特征的关系;另随访3年,采用Kaplan-Meier法分析四者表达与鼻咽癌患者预后的关系。结果 癌组织中KAI1、E-cadherin阳性表达率低于癌旁组织,Snail、Slug阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,有统计学差异(P<0.05);KAI1、Snail、Slug、E-cadherin表达与鼻咽癌患者年龄、性别无关(P>0.05);KAI1、Snail、Slug、E-cadherin表达与肿瘤临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);癌组织KAI1、E-cadherin阴性表达与Snail、Slug阳性表达患者的3年生存率低于KAI1、E-cadherin阳性表达与Snail、Slug阴性表达患者,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 KAI1、E-cadherin在鼻咽癌组织内呈低表达,Snail、Slug呈高表达,四项指标均参与疾病的发生、发展,与患者预后相关。Objective To investigate the expression of KAI1,Snail,Slug and E-cadherin in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and their relationship with prognosis.Methods The expression of KAI1,Snail,Slug and E-cadherin in 43 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the four factors and the clinicopathological characteristics of patients was analyzed;The relationship between the four expressions and the prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients was analyzed by Kaplan Meier method after another 3 years of follow-up.Results The positive expression rate of KAI1 and E-cadherin in cancer tissue was lower than that in para-cancer tissue,and the positive expression rate of Snail and Slug was higher than that in para-cancer tissue,with statistical difference(P<0.05);The expression of KAI1,Snail,Slug and E-cadherin was not related to the age and sex of NPC patients(P>0.05);The expression of KAI1,Snail,Slug and E-cadherin was related to the clinical stage,differentiation and lymph node metastasis of tumor(P<0.05);The 3-year survival rate of patients with KAI1,E-cadherin negative expression and Snail and Slug positive expression in cancer tissue was lower than that of patients with KAI1,E-cadherin positive expression and Snail and Slug negative expression(P<0.05).Conclusion KAI1 and E-cadherin are low expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues,while Snail and Slug are high expression.The 4 indexes are involved in the occurrence and development of the disease and are related to the prognosis of patients.
