摘  要:目的 探讨CD133、CD34、三磷酸腺苷结合转运蛋白G超家族成员2(ABCG2)蛋白表达对肺癌患者术后复发转移的预测价值。方法 选取行肺癌根治术患者90例,根据术后随访期间是否发生复发转移分为复发组(n=34例)和未复发组(n=56例),收集各NSCLC患者的年龄、性别、病理分级等临床资料。实验室检测患者肺癌组织中CD133、CD34、ABCG2蛋白表达,比较不同组肺癌组织中CD133、CD34、ABCG2蛋白表达,并分析其对肺癌术后复发转移的预测价值。结果 复发组患者CD133、CD34、ABCG2蛋白阳性表达率均高于未复发组(P<0.05)。CD133、CD34、ABCG2蛋白表达与患者年龄、性别、吸烟史、病理类型、TNM分期、肿瘤直径无显著相关性(P>0.05),与细胞分化存在显著相关性(P<0.05)。根据受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析可知,CD133、CD34、ABCG2蛋白表达预测NSCLC患者术后复发转移的AUC分别为0.619、0.645、0.628(P<0.05),联合检测的AUC为0.733(P<0.05),高于CD133、CD34、ABCG2蛋白单独检测(P<0.05)。结论 CD133、CD34、ABCG2蛋白表达对肺癌患者术后复发转移均有一定的预测价值,且联合检测的预测价值更高。Objective To explore the predictive value of CD133,CD34 and ATP-binding cassette transporter superfamily G member 2(ABCG2)proteins for postoperative recurrence and metastasis in patients with lung cancer.Methods 90 patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer were enrolled.According to presence or absence of postoperative recurrence and metastasis during follow-up,they were divided into recurrence group(n=34)and non-recurrence group(n=56).The clinical data such as age,gender and pathological grading were collected.The expressions of CD133,CD34 and ABCG2 proteins in lung cancer tissues were detected in the laboratory.The expressions of CD133,CD34 and ABCG2 proteins in different groups were compared,and their predictive value for postoperative recurrence and metastasis of lung cancer was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of CD133,CD34 and ABCG2 proteins in recurrence group were higher than those in non-recurrence group(P<0.05).The expressions of CD133,CD34 and ABCG2 proteins were not significantly correlated with age,gender,smoking history,pathological types,TNM staging or tumor diameter(P>0.05),but significantly correlated with cells differentiation(P<0.05).Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves analysis showed that AUC values of CD133,CD34 and ABCG2 proteins for predicting postoperative recurrence and metastasis were 0.619,0.645 and 0.628,respectively(P<0.05).AUC of combined detection was 0.733(P<0.05),greater than that of single index(P<0.05).Conclusion CD133,CD34 and ABCG2 proteins all have certain predictive value for postoperative recurrence and metastasis in patients with lung cancer,and predictive value of combined detection is higher.
