摘  要:目的探讨基于不同理念的两种系统康复训练方案对脑卒中后肢体功能障碍患者功能恢复的影响。方法 选取海安市人民医院2019年6月~2021年12月收治的脑卒中后肢体功能障碍患者117例,按照随机表法随机分为A组(58例)和B组(59例),在常规治疗和护理基础上,A组给予Bobath系统康复训练,B组给予模拟现实系统康复训练。干预3个月,比较两组干预前后的Barthel指数评定量表(BI)、Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、6 min步行距离、手功能变化。结果 干预后两组BI、FMA、BBS评分均较干预前改善(P <0.05),但干预后两组间评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);干预后两组6 min步行距离、手功能变化均较干预前改善,且A组改善程度优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 Bobath系统康复训练与模拟现实系统康复训练两种方案均能有效恢复脑卒中患者肢体功能,提升总体活动能力方面无显著差异,但在提高活动耐性、手功能方面,Bobath系统康复训练效果较好。Objective To investigate the effects of two systematic rehabilitation training programs based on different concepts on functional recovery in patients with post-stroke limb dysfunction.Methods A total of 117 patients with post-stroke limb dysfunction who were admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into group A(58 cases)and group B(59 cases)according to the random table method.On the basis of routine treatment and nursing,group A was given Bobath systematic rehabilitation training,and group B was given simulated reality systematic rehabilitation training.After 3 months of intervention,the BI score,FMA score,BBS score,6-min walking distance,and hand function changes were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the BI,FMA and BBS scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before the intervention(P<0.05),but there was no difference in the scores between the two groups after the intervention(P>0.05);After the intervention,the 6-min walking distance and hand function in the two groups were improved compared with those before the intervention,and the improvement in group A was better than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Both Bobath systematic rehabilitation training and simulated reality rehabilitation training can effectively restore limb function of stroke patients,and there is no significant difference in improving overall mobility.However,in improving activity tolerance and hand function,Bobath systematic rehabilitation training combined with systematic rehabilitation training have better effects.
