摘  要:目的 探索以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)+标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)在感染病科住院医师规范化培训中应用。方法 选择2020年5月—2021年5月在中国科学技术大学附属第一医院感染病科住院医师规范化培训基地中学习的住培医生80名,随机分为对照组(n=40)和试验组(n=40),对照组采取传统的教学模式,试验组采取CBL+SP联合教学模式,培训结束后比较两组住培医师临床考核成绩和对教学方式的满意度。结果 两组住培医师职业素养、沟通交流的评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。但是在问诊技巧、体格检查、临床判断、组织效率、综合能力的评分,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在满意度调查方面,试验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 CBL+SP联合教学模式优于传统教学模式,值得在感染病科住院医师培训中应用。Objective To explore the application of casebased learning(CBL)+standardized patient(SP) in standardized training in the department of infectious diseases.Methods From May 2020 to May 2021,a total of 80 doctors who were trained in the standardized training base of the department of infectious diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=40) and the experimental group(n=40),the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the CBL+SP combined teaching mode.After the training,the clinical assessment results and satisfaction with the teaching methods were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the professional quality and communication scores between the two groups of regular doctors(P>0.05),but in the questioning skills,physical examination,clinical judgment,organization efficiency,and comprehensive ability,the test group was better than the control group,the difference was statistical Academic significance(P<0.05).In terms of satisfaction survey,the experimental group was obviously higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The CBL+SP combined teaching model is better than the traditional teaching model,and it is worthy of popularization in the standardized training of the department of infectious diseases.
