摘 要:目的探讨现代化技术办公自动化(office automation,OA)理论结合翻转课堂模式对骨科实习护生核心胜任力的影响。方法 选取2019年1月—2021年12月宜昌市第二人民医院的86名骨科实习护生,按实习时间分为观察组和对照组各43名。观察组采用OA理论结合翻转课堂模式教学,对照组采用翻转课堂模式教学,教学时长均为8周。比较两组出科考核成绩、综合能力评分、核心胜任力评分及教学满意度评分。结果观察组出科考核成绩分数,各项综合能力评分,各项核心胜任力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项教学满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 OA理论结合翻转课堂模式可提高骨科实习护生综合能力和核心胜任力,改善教学满意度。Objective To explore the influence of modern technology office automation(OA) theory combined with flipped classroom model on the core competence of orthopaedic nursing students.Methods A total of 86orthopedic nursing students in the Second People's Hospital of Yichang from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 43 students in each group.The observation group used OA theory combined with flipped classroom teaching mode,and the control group used flipped classroom teaching mode.The teaching duration was 8 weeks.The scores of graduation examination,comprehensive ability,core competence and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of departmental assessment,comprehensive ability and core competency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion OA theory combined with flipped classroom model can improve the comprehensive ability and core competence of orthopaedic nursing students and improve teaching satisfaction.
