医学院校导师素质在研究生科研创新能力培养中的作用

摘　　要：研究生是国家科学研究队伍的生力军,作为高等教育重要阶段的研究生教育肩负着建设国家高层次、高素质人才培养的重任。科研创新能力培养是研究生教育的核心内容。研究生科研创新能力的培养是全方位、多角度的一个循序渐进的过程,改革创新教学模式,建立健全多元导师团队制度,全面促进研究生科研创新能力的提升。导师在研究生科研创新能力的培养中发挥着重要作用,导师的师德师风和治学态度是保障,学术水平和科研能力是关键,创新意识及指导方式是核心。文章从培养环境、研究生及导师三个方面分析了医学研究生科研创新能力培养现状,探讨了培养研究生科研创新能力过程中导师素质的作用,提出了研究生科研创新能力培养的策略。Graduate students are the new force of the national scientific research team.Graduate education is an important stage of higher education,which shoulders the responsibility of building the national high-level and highquality personnel training.The cultivation of scientific research and innovation ability is not only an important index to evaluate the quality of graduate education,but also the core content of graduate education.The cultivation of graduate students' scientific research innovation ability is an all-round and multi-angle gradual process.Reform and innovation teaching model,establish and improve the multiple tutor team system,comprehensively promote the improvement of graduate students' scientific research innovation ability.The supervisor plays an important role in the cultivation of graduate students' scientific research innovation ability.The supervisor's ethics and academic attitude are the guarantee,the academic level and scientific research ability are the key,and the innovation consciousness and guidance mode are the core.This paper analyzes the present situation of medicine graduate students' scientific research innovation ability cultivation from three aspects:cultivation environment,graduate students and tutor,discusses the role of tutor quality in the cultivation of graduate students' scientific research innovation ability,and puts forward some strategies for strengthening the cultivation of graduate students' scientific research innovation ability by tutor.
