妇科泌尿学专科医师培养模式的探讨

摘　　要：妇科泌尿相关疾病已经成为中老年女性的常见病,随着人口老龄化和三孩政策的开放,就诊的女性逐渐增加,该专科医师的需求也相应增加。妇科泌尿学是多学科交叉专业,目前的培养体系无法满足毕业后参加相关临床工作的知识储备需求,也缺少亚专业技能鉴定的考核评价体系。此外,盆底解剖结构复杂,手术难度高,术式选择个体化,均给妇科泌尿专科医师的培训带来困难。研究介绍了国内外的妇科泌尿专科医师培养模式,分析了我国妇科泌尿学培训过程中问题并对解决方案进行了探讨,提出了在住院医师培训期间加入更多的妇科泌尿亚专业内容,利用网络学习平台及多种教学模式强化学习,加强师资培训及鼓励参与妇科泌尿学科研等建议,以期为建立规范有效的妇科泌尿专科医师培养体系提供参考。With the aging population and the three-child policy,more and more women with urogynecological diseases seeking for cure.Accordingly,the demand for urogynecological specialist is also increasing.Urogynecology is an interdisciplinary subspecialty,but knowledge and skills obtained from current training system of urogynecology cannot meet the future needs for clinical work after graduation.Besides,there is also lack of assessment and evaluation system for evaluating professional skill appraisal of this subspeciality.In addition,the complex anatomical structure of pelvic floor,the difficulty of operation and the individualized selection of surgical program have all brought difficulties to the training of urogynecologists.This study introduced the training mode of urogynecologists in China and abroad,then analyzed the problems and in the process of professional training and discuss the solutions.The study proposed adding more knowledge about urogynecological subspecialty during resident standardization training,using online learning platforms and multiple teaching modes to enhance urogynecological training,strengthening training of urogynecological teacher,and encouraging participation in urogynecological research.Given the need for competent and skilled urogynecologists,the paper hope this study could provide reference for the establishment of a standardized and effective training system of urogynecologists.
