摘  要:唐钢1700热轧线FL450X连铸板坯生产的过程中,板坯宽面边部经常出现纵向沟槽缺陷,主要集中分布在距铸坯宽面边部25~100 mm的位置,宽度为15~30 mm,深度为2~6 mm,对钢坯及成品的表面质量产生了严重影响。针对该问题,主要对连铸板坯宽面边部纵向沟槽的基本成因进行了分析,通过采取增加结晶器锥度系数以及减少结晶器铜板磨损等一系列可靠的控制措施,解决了现场实际生产中的若干问题。During the production of FL450X continuous casting slab in 1700 hot rolling line of Tangshan Iron and Steel company,longitudinal groove defects often appear on the wide side of slab.It is mainly distributed at the position 25~100 mm away from the wide side of the slab,with a width of 15~30 mm and a depth of 2~6 mm.which have a serious impact on the surface quality of billet and finished products.This paper mainly analyzes the basic causes of longitudinal grooves on the wide side of continuous casting slab.By adopting a series of reliable control measures such as increasing the taper coefficient of the mold and reducing the wear of the copper plate of the mold,some problems in the field production were solved.
