摘　　要：本文在TRIP教学理念指导下,指出当前文旅融合人才培养面临的主要问题,通过对文旅融合人才培养目标、培养模式、课程体系、评价体系四个方面构建文旅融合人才培养体系。Under the guidance of the TRIP teaching concept,the author points out the main problems faced by the current cultural and tourism integration talents training.The training system of cultural and tourism integration talents is constructed from four aspects:training target,training mode,curriculum system and evaluation system.
