摘  要:最近几年,自我雇佣活动的快速发展引起了社会的广泛关注,同时也成了国内外学术研究专家及政府相关政策制定者的重要研究领域,这可能是由于自我雇佣活动对于企业家精神的挖掘和养成、提高就业率及优化就业环境及促进社会经济都具备非常重要的意义。我国也逐渐开始注意到中小企业的自营相关问题,借鉴国际经验及本国实际情况出台了一系列支持政策。但目前国内有关自我雇佣行为的研究还未进入深层次。本研究结合二值选择的对数比率回归概率模型,通过调研数据分析创新创业教师自我雇佣行为机理及约束条件的影响程度。In recent years,the rapid development of self-employment activities has attracted extensive attention of the society.At the same time,it has also become an important research field of academic research experts and relevant government policy makers at home and abroad.This may be because self-employment activities are of great significance for the excavation and cultivation of entrepreneurship,improving employment rate,optimizing employment environment and promoting social economy.China also gradually began to pay attention to the self-employment related problems of small and medium-sized enterprises,and introduced a series of support policies based on international experience and domestic actual situation.However,at present,the domestic research on self-employment behavior has not entered a deep level.This study combined with the logarithm ratio regression probability model of binary selection to analyze the mechanism of selfemployment behavior and the influence of constraints of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers through survey data.
