摘  要:当前高职院校兼职教师因缺少“师范素质”培养背景、缺少国家政策体制的支撑和协调,导致他们在日常教学中无法更好地驾驭课堂,不能深入了解教材,也无法帮助学生树立正确的人生观、价值观以及世界观。本文针对高职院校兼职教师“师范素质”现状,分别从国家和院校、教师自身两个维度,对培养和提高兼职教师“师范素质”提出了一些可行策略和意见,以期能够切实提高广大兼职教师的“师范素质”,充分发挥他们在高职院校人才培养中的重要作用。At present,due to the lack of“normal quality”training background and the support and coordination of national policy system,part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges are unable to better control the classroom,deeply understand the teaching materials,and help students establish a correct outlook on life,values and world outlook.Aiming at the current situation of“normal quality”of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward some feasible strategies and opinions on cultivating and improving the“normal quality”of part-time teachers from the two dimensions of the state,colleges and teachers themselves,in order to effectively improve the“normal quality”of part-time teachers and give full play to their important role in talent training in higher vocational colleges.
