摘　　要：在当下的大环境中,要紧跟现代物流体系给闭环物流发展带来的机会,对于供应链金融当中物流产生风险的原因进行分析和评估,建立有利于供应链金融中物流发展的机制,减小可能产生的风险,对物流发展过程中可能出现的风险机制进行评估。在进一步提高资金产权与控制流程效率提升的研究基础框架上,发展差异化金融交易的单元方法和流程模式,促进传统应收账款融资、库存商品融资结算等各种传统的供应链金融业务资金的运营及效率水平的提高。预付款融资策略与企业战略关系预付款融资的目的是在企业锁定自己未来核心供应链能力的目标基础上,以更加有效、便捷的供应链项目融资策略来促进未来实体经济项目的良性发展。Retail business model has undergone five revolutionary changes:department stores,supermarkets,chain stores,e-commerce and new retail.In different modes,logistics has always played an important role,but at different stages the function it plays has its own focus.Under the new retail business,the logistics has the storage management and the“last kilometer”distribution problem.In order to face the new situation and solve the new problems,the retail logistics not only carries on the digital transformation of the traditional store,but also carries on the self-innovation in the field of logistics,and has truly realized the deep integration of the logistics and the new retail.
