企业视角下卫生信息管理专业人才需求分析

摘　　要：医疗信息化企业是卫生信息管理专业毕业生的就业方向之一。从企业视角对人才需求进行分析成为提升人才质量、提高就业质量的关键。本文通过问卷调查的方式,从医疗信息化企业视角对人才就业现状、岗位需求现状、职业技能现状等进行了调查与分析。研究结果表明,企业对卫生信息管理专业人才有一定的需求,需求岗位主要集中在运维实施类,且更看重卫生信息管理专业人才的医学基础知识。基于调查结果,本文从专业特色、短板、思政等方面对卫生信息管理专业人才培养提出了建议。Medical information enterprises are one of the employment directions for graduates of Health Information Management.Analyzing the talent demand from the perspective of enterprises has become the key to improve the quality of talents and employment.This paper surveys and analyzes the current situation of talent employment,job demand and vocational skills from the perspective of medical information enterprises through questionnaires.The research results show that enterprises have a certain demand for Health Information Management professionals,and the demand positions are mainly concentrated in the operation and maintenance implementation category,and they pay more attention to the medical basic knowledge of Health Information Management professionals.Based on the survey results,this paper puts forward suggestions on the cultivation of Health Information Management professionals from the aspects of professional characteristics,weaknesses,ideological and political aspects.
