摘  要:目的:采用扎根理论的方法,探讨突发公共卫生事件下,影响社交媒体用户健康信息采纳行为因素,有助于优化信息服务,为舆论引导提供更好着力点。方法:2021年1-2月,深入访谈了14位社交媒体用户,通过三级编码分析访谈资料,识别出影响社交媒体用户健康信息采纳行为的因素,构建影响因素模型。结果:通过三级编码的提取和归纳,最终得出28个初始概念,8个上位范畴以及3个核心范畴,其中用户因素、环境因素和信息因素均对突发公共卫生事件下社交媒体用户健康信息采纳行为具有重要影响。结论:突发公共卫生事件下,应该增强社交媒体网络中的舆情管理,并加强其中信息质量监管力度,进一步建立健全公共信息服务的体系。Objective:Based on grounded theory,this paper explored the factors that influence the health information adoption behavior of social media users under public health emergency,so as to optimize the information service and provide better focus of public opinion guidance.Methods:From January to February 2021,14 social media users were interviewed in depth,and the interview data were analyzed through three-level coding to identify the factors influencing the adoption behavior of social media users'health information,and the influencing factor model was constructed.Results:Through the extraction and induction of three-level coding,28 initial concepts,8 upper categories and 3 core categories were finally obtained,among which user factors,environmental factors and information factors all had an important impact on the adoption behavior of social media users'health information under public health emergencies.Conclusion:Under the public health emergency,we should strengthen the management of public opinion in social media networks,strengthen the supervision of information quality,and further establish and improve the system of public information services.
