摘　　要：目的通过建立标准化移动ICU技能培训及持续质量管理体系,提升院外急救人员均一化诊治水平。方法在现有成熟的住院医师培训体系基础上,围绕移动ICU技能培训,开展标准化教学,同步进行网络化数据收集和监测,完成持续质量管理。结果通过分析2021年1月—2022年5月的病历记录,发现最早批次完整接受三阶段培训的34名急救医师急救操作的频次及规范性较培训前有明显提高。结论利用成熟的住院医师培训体系有助于形成院外急救行业规范,使高质量医疗服务向院外延伸,真正实现院外-院内一体化。Objective To improve the uniform diagnosis and treatment level of pre-hospital emergency workers by establishing standardized mobile ICU skill training and continuous quality management system.Methods Based on the existing mature training system of resident physicians,standardized teaching was carried out around the mobile ICU skills training,and network data collection and monitoring were carried out simultaneously to complete continuous quality management.Results Through the analysis of medical records from January 2021 to May 2022,it was found that the frequency and standardization of emergency operations of 34 emergency physicians who received the threestage training in the earliest batch were significantly improved compared with those before the training.Conclusion The use of mature resident training system is conducive to the formation of pre-hospital emergency care industry norms,so as to extend high-quality medical services to pre-hospital,and truly realize the pre-hospital-hospital integration.
