榄香烯乳注射液联合替莫唑胺治疗对脑胶质瘤患者术后生存期及血清miR-720、miR-375水平的影响

摘　　要：【目的】探讨榄香烯乳注射液联合替莫唑胺治疗对脑胶质瘤患者术后生存期及血清miR-720、miR-375水平的影响。【方法】回顾性分析2018年7月至2019年7月本院收治的78例行手术治疗的脑胶质瘤患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组(术后采用替莫唑胺治疗)和观察组(术后采用榄香烯乳注射液联合替莫唑胺化疗治疗),每组39例。比较两组治疗前后血清肿瘤标志物水平[表皮生长因子(EGF)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]、免疫功能指标(T淋巴细胞CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+)及血清miR-375、miR-720水平,并比较两组近期疗效、远期生存率及中位生存期。【结果】观察组总有效率为84.62%(33/39),高于对照组的64.10%(25/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清EGF、VEGF、IL-2、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+高于治疗前,对照组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+低于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清miR-375相对表达量高于对照组,miR-720相对表达量低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访2年发现,观察组1年生存率、2年生存率及中位生存期均高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】榄香烯乳注射液联合替莫唑胺治疗胶质瘤临床疗效较好,可改善患者免疫功能,调控血清miR-720、miR-375表达,可延长患者生存期。【Objective】To investigate the effects of elemene emulsion injection combined with temozolomide on postoperative survival and serum miR-720 and miR-375 levels in patients with glioma.【Methods】The clinical data of 78 patients with gliomas undergoing surgical treatment admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group(treated with temozolomide after surgery)and an observation group(treated with elemene emulsion injection combined with temozolomide after surgery),with 39 patients in each group.The levels of serum tumor markers[epidermal growth factor(EGF),interleukin-2(IL-2),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),interleukin-6(IL-6)],immune function indicators(T-lymphocyte CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+),and serum miR-375 and miR-720 before and after treatment were compared,and the short-term efficacy and long-term survival rate of the two groups were compared.【Results】The total effective rate in the observation group was 84.62%(33/39),higher than 64.10%(25/39)in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum EGF,VEGF,IL-2 and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those before treatment,while the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the control group were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The relative expression of miR-375 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the relative expression of miR-720 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).During a two-year follow-up,it was found that the 1-year survival rate,2-year survival rate,and median survival period in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Elemene emulsion injectio
