针刺环跳、委中穴治疗脑梗死恢复期患者下肢功能障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺环跳、委中穴对脑梗死恢复期患者下肢功能障碍的疗效。方法:选取脑梗死恢复期下肢功能障碍患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。两组均接受常规药物、康复治疗,对照组进行常规针刺留针治疗,观察组在对照组基础上配合环跳、委中穴强刺激后不留针治疗。治疗前、治疗4周后以下肢Fugl-Meyer评分、改良Barthel指数和Berg评分,对两组患者下肢功能情况进行评定。结果:两组治疗后,与治疗前相比较,下肢Fugl-Meyer评分、改良Barthel指数和Berg评分均有明显提高(P<0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死恢复期下肢功能障碍的患者,常规针刺治疗基础上配合委中穴、环跳穴强刺激不留针治疗,疗效更优。Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupuncture at Huantiao point and Weizhong point on lower limb dysfunction in convalescent patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:90 patients with lower limb dysfunction during convalescence of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional drugs and rehabilitation treatment,the control group received routine acupuncture and needle retention treatment,the observation group on the basis of the control group combined with Huantiao point,Weizhong point strong stimulation without needle retention treatment.Before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,lower limb function was evaluated by lower limb Fugl-Meyer score,modified Barthel index and Berg score.Results:After treatment,compared with before treatment,lower limb Fugl-Meyer score,modified Barthel index and Berg score were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with lower limb dysfunction during convalescence of cerebral infarction,it is better to combine routine acupuncture with strong stimulation at Weizhong point and Huantiao point without needle retention.
