卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂对晚期直肠癌患者血清肿瘤标志物水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究晚期直肠癌患者采用卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗的临床效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将2019年7月—2021年9月于我院治疗的80例晚期直肠癌患者分为两组,各40例。对照组采用奥沙利铂治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合卡培他滨片治疗。对比两组病情缓解率、肿瘤标志物[癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原-125(CA125)及糖类抗原-199(CA-199)]水平及不良反应。结果:研究组治疗缓解率为62.50%,高于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组CEA、CA-125、CA-199水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组血小板减少、恶心呕吐、腹泻、中性粒细胞减少发生率为27.50%、52.50%、15.00%、47.50%,均低于对照组的50.00%、75.00%、45.00%、70.00%(P<0.05)。结论:卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂在晚期直肠癌患者治疗中可获得较为确切的治疗效果,有助于降低各血清肿瘤标志物水平,且不良反应较少,安全可靠,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin on serum tumor markers in patients with advanced rectal cancer.Methods:80 patients with advanced rectal cancer were treated in our hospital from July 2019 to September 2021.They were randomLy divided into two groups,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with oxaliplatin,while the study group was treated with capecitabine tablets on the basis of the control grou.Compare the remission rate,levels of tumor markers such as carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen-125(CA125),and carbohydrate antigen-199(CA-199),and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:The remission rate of the study group was 62.50%,which was higher than that of the control group 40.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CEA,CA-125 and CA-199 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of thrombocytopenia,nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,neutropenia in the study group was 27.50%,52.50%,15.00%/47.50%,which was lower than that in the control group 50.00%,75.00%,45.00%,70.00%,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced rectal cancer can obtain a more accurate therapeutic effect,which is helpful to reduce the level of tumor markers in the serum,and has fewer adverse reactions,safe and reliable,and is worthy of promotion.
