同步糖皮质激素鼓室内注射治疗贝尔面瘫的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨同步糖皮质激素鼓室内注射治疗贝尔面瘫的疗效,并做对比分析。方法选取2016年12月至2019年12月本科收治的64例贝尔面瘫患者,采用1∶1对照研究的方法,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予在常规治疗基础上同步鼓室内注射糖皮质激素。比较治疗后起效时间、面神经功能及总有效率等指标。结果治疗2周后,观察组总有效率为93.75%,对照组为75%,观察组面神经功能评分(80.38±16.09),对照组(68.84±24.30),均有显著差异(P<0.05),且观察组起效时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论贝尔面瘫常规治疗配合同步鼓室内糖皮质激素注射治疗,起效快、疗效好,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of simultaneous intratympanic injection of glucocorticoid on Bell's palsy.Methods 64 patients with Bell's palsy were selected from December 2016 to December 2019.The method of 1:1 control study was used,patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,patients in the treatment group were given simultaneous intratympanic injection of glucocorticoid on the basis of routine treatment.The onset time,facial nerve function and total effective rate of the two group after treatment were compared.Results After 2 weeks of the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,the total effective rate of the control group was 75%,the facial nerve function score in the treatment group was 80.38±16.09,the facial nerve function score in the control group was 68.84±24.30,there were significant differences between the two groups,and the onset time of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bell's palsy is treated by routine treatment combined with simultaneous intratympanic glucocorticoid injection,it is faster to take effect,and has better therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
