摘　　要：目的:探讨ighv3-21基因、SOX11与P53蛋白表达对套细胞淋巴瘤诊断、治疗及预后的价值。方法:通过检测23例套细胞淋巴瘤和10例良性淋巴结增生的ighv3-21基因和SOX11与P53蛋白表达及相关数据的回顾性分析,探讨他们的表达对于套细胞淋巴瘤的诊断、治疗和预后的价值。结果:套细胞淋巴瘤组和良性淋巴结肿大组之间SOX11免疫组化检测的差异有统计学意义,套细胞淋巴瘤多以阳性率低于25%为主。SOX11染色强度≥2的患者,靶向治疗的有效率更高。结论:SOX11免疫组化检测阳性率在套细胞淋巴瘤组中更高。B症状与治疗的有效率有关。全程管理中推荐积极加用靶向药物的应用。Objective:To explore the value of the expression of ighv3-21,SOX11 and P53 in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of mantle cell lymphoma.Methods:The value of their expression in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of mantle cell lymphoma was discussed by the determination of their expression in 23 cases of mantle cell lymphoma and 10 cases of benign lymph node hyperplasia and the retrospective analysis of the related data.Results:The differences in SOX11 immunohistochemical detection between the mantle cell lymphoma group and the benign lymphadenopathy group were statistically significant,and the positive rate of mantle cell lymphoma was less than 25%.Patients with SOX11 staining intensity≥2 had a higher effective rate when targeted therapy was performed.Conclusion:The positive rate of SOX11 immunohistochemistry detection is higher in the mantle cell lymphoma group.B symptoms are associated with 2-year PFS and 3-year OS.Active addition of targeted drugs is recommended in the whole management process.
