经腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术常规术式治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究经腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术常规术式对子宫肌瘤的治疗效果。方法64例子宫肌瘤患者,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组(33例)与对照组(31例)。对照组进行经腹腔镜辅助阴式切除术治疗,观察组进行经腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术常规术式治疗。比较两组手术指标、康复指标及并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间、下床时间、住院时间分别为(85.48±16.70)min、(61.12±11.94)ml、(1.27±0.25)d、(2.27±0.44)d、(7.33±1.43)d,与对照组的(92.78±17.67)min、(64.28±12.24)ml、(1.28±0.24)d、(2.32±0.44)d、(7.31±1.39)d比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经腹腔镜辅助阴式切除术与经腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术常规术式均可实现对子宫肌瘤的治疗,且效果能满足临床的治疗需求,可以根据临床的实际情况和患者的需求合理选择两种腹腔镜术式。Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 64 patients with uterine fibroids were divided into observation group(33 cases)and control group(31 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy,and the observation group was treated with conventional laparoscopic myomectomy.The surgical index,rehabilitation index and,incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,exhaust time,off-bed activity time and hospitalization time in the observation group were(85.48±16.70)min,(61.12±11.94)ml,(1.27±0.25)d,(2.27±0.44)d and(7.33±1.43)d,and those of the control group were(92.78±17.67)min,(64.28±12.24)ml,(1.28±0.24)d,(2.32±0.44)d and(7.31±1.39)d,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy and conventional laparoscopic myomectomy can achieve the treatment of uterine fibroids,and the effect can meet the clinical treatment needs.Two types of laparoscopic surgery can be reasonably selected according to the actual clinical situation and the needs of patients.
