摘　　要：军队院校“四有”人才培养模式构建与创新必须遵循军事人才培养理念、目标和原则,按照目的、内容、方法等要素系统构建模式,并从思想政治教育、科学文化教学、实战化军事训练、创新能力培养等方面对培养模式的内容体系进行了科学阐述和创新实践。The construction and innovation of the training mode for cultivating talents with four qualities in military universities must follow the concept,objectives and principles of military talent training,and systematically construct the model system according to the purpose,content,methodology and other elements.The content system of the training model,which has been put into practice,is elaborated from the aspects of ideological and political education,scientific and cultural education,combat-oriented military training and innovation ability training.
