大学新生主动性人格对获得感的影响——领悟社会支持的中介作用

摘　　要：为了考察大学新生主动性人格、领悟社会支持和获得感之间的关系,以及领悟社会支持在主动性人格对获得感的影响之间的中介作用,采用《主动性人格量表》《领悟社会支持量表》和《获得感量表》对629名大学新生实施问卷调查,结果表明:大学新生主动性人格与领悟社会支持和获得感存在显著正相关关系,领悟社会支持与获得感存在显著正相关关系;大学新生领悟社会支持在主动性人格对获得感的影响中起中介作用。可见,大学新生主动性人格不仅直接影响获得感,还可以通过领悟社会支持对获得感产生间接影响。In order to explore the correlation among the proactive personality,perceived social support and sense of gain of college freshmen,and the mediating effect of perceived social support on proactive personality and sense of gain,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 629 college freshmen by using Proactive Personality Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale and Sense of Gain Scale.Results show that there is a significant positive correlation between proactive personality and perceived social support and sense of gain of college freshmen,and there is a significant positive correlation between perceived social support and sense of gain of college freshmen.Perceived social support plays a mediating role between proactive personality and sense of gain of college freshmen.A conclusion can be drawn that the proactive personality could not only directly influence sense of gain of college freshmen,but also indirectly influence sense of gain through perceived social support.
