摘　　要：为了加强电网系统中现场计量设备异常或采集异常的运维工作,依托现有的计量自动化系统、营销系统,设计了一套支撑异常问题现场处理和计划巡检相结合的电能计量设备运维管理系统,完善了电网自动化计量体系。研究了远程诊断新方法,实现对远程现场的运行异常进行诊断。整套管理系统为计量设备的运行质量提供保证,提升了数据的采集完整率和正确性以及运维效率。In order to strengthen the operation and maintenance work of equipment and data which are abnormal in the field of power grid system,a set of operation and maintenance management system of electric energy metering equipment is designed based on the existing measurement automation system and marketing system to support the combination of on-site treatment of abnormal problems and planned patrol inspection,and the automatic metering system of power grid has been improved.In this paper,the novel method of remote diagnosis is studied,which can realize the remote diagnosis of abnormal operation on site.The whole set of management system can guarantee the operation quality of metering equipment and improve the data collection integrity,correctness and operation,as well as the operation and maintenance efficiency.
