摘 要:针对斗轮堆取料机前臂轻量化优化设计过程中存在的不确定性,建立考虑结构参数、材料性能、负载以及代理模型不确定性的前臂轻量化优化设计方法。为提高计算效率,构造精度较高的Kriging模型。首先对前臂质量进行确定性优化,并将优化设计结果作为可靠性优化算法的初始值,在此基础上建立多因素不确定性优化模型。最后根据设计要求,考虑多种不确定性因素,对前臂质量进行了可靠性优化。结果表明:该方法大幅降低了前臂的质量,优化结果可靠性高。Aiming at the uncertainty in the lightweight optimization design of the forearm of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer,a lightweight optimization design method for the forearm considering the uncertainty of structural parameters,material properties,load and agent model was established.In order to improve the calculation efficiency,a Kriging model with high accuracy was constructed.The weight of forearm was deterministic optimized,and the optimization design result was taken as the initial value of reliability optimization algorithm.On this basis,a multi factor uncertain optimization model was established.Finally,according to the design requirements and considering a variety of uncertain factors,the reliability of the forearm weight was optimized.The results show that using this method,the weight of forearm is greatly reduced and the reliability of optimization results is high.
